Remember The Time is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to whole-person development and mental wellness for children, teens, and young adults. We equip youth with the tools to regulate emotions, build healthy identity, and form strong community through evidence-based, trauma-informed, and experiential programming.
Our programs integrate breathwork, mindfulness, social-emotional learning, movement, and creative expression with nature-based and field experiences. We align with established research frameworks in SEL and trauma-informed care while remaining responsive to the lived realities of today's youth and families.
Through cohort programs, school partnerships, and immersive experiences, we deliver practical tools that extend beyond the classroom — shaping lifelong wellbeing and leadership capacity.

A Message From Our Founder
Founder's Note
Remember The Time was born from lived experience and a belief that no young person should have to navigate emotional hardship alone. After years of personal healing and studying integrative wellness practices, I recognized that the tools I rebuilt my life with could be translated into structured, accessible programs for youth.
RTT exists to provide what many young people never receive early enough: emotional literacy, self-regulation skills, and safe spaces for honest expression. Our mission is simple — equip the next generation with tools to meet life with clarity, courage, and connection.
