RTT Kids
Ages 6–10

Play-based emotional intelligence, self-regulation, and confidence-building through breath, mindfulness, movement, and creativity.

RTT Youth
Ages 11–17

Identity formation, emotional mastery, peer connection, and leadership development through structured practice and real-world experience.

RTT Young Adults
Ages 18–24

Self-awareness, stress management, purpose-building, and community leadership through immersive and reflective practice.

Each track is developmentally tailored while sharing a unified curriculum framework.

9D Breathwork
Accessible breath-based nervous system regulation adapted for each age group

What it is:

A guided, sensory-rich breathwork experience using sound, rhythm, and visualization to support emotional regulation.

Participants learn:
